For reliable video, transitions, spoken audio, and background-music mixing, use a supported modern Samsung TV.
Supported Samsung TVs
The current Bizrie Samsung experience supports Tizen 9.0 or later, corresponding to Samsung's 2025 and newer model groups. Keep the TV firmware up to date.
Older Tizen versions are not supported for production playback. Their older browser and media engines can freeze video, show black frames, delay scene changes, or stop one audio stream when video and background music play together. The Samsung package may declare an older technical API minimum for packaging, but that is not the customer support requirement.
Find your TV model and software information
On most Samsung TVs, open Settings > Support > About This TV or Contact Samsung. Menu wording varies by model. Record the model code, software version, and model year before contacting support.
Pair the TV
- Open the Bizrie Samsung app when available for your TV, or open the exact https://bizrie.com/tv address in the TV browser.
- Enter the six-digit code from the TV in the video's Manage screens window.
- Name the screen and select Pair screen.
Pairing is stored in that app or browser profile and should survive a normal power cycle. Do not use an old history entry containing a revision parameter. Clearing browser data, using a private window, changing profiles, or uninstalling the app requires a new pairing.
Older displays
If the Samsung TV does not run Tizen 9.0 or later, connect a current external streaming device or small computer that can run a modern supported browser. Test a complete loop, including ordinary video, AI Team Member voice, background music, and transitions, before placing it in service.
Desktop browser audio
Chrome and Safari can require one user interaction before autoplay with sound. If a browser-paired screen shows Enable sound, select it once. This browser policy does not change the published video.
