Design for a 16:9 screen
- Use landscape images and video whenever possible.
- Keep important subjects away from the outer edges.
- Use high-resolution source media without heavy compression.
Write for a moving audience
- Use one main idea per scene.
- Make headlines understandable without audio.
- Keep body copy short and allow enough display time.
- Repeat essential contact or action information in the final scene.
Maintain accuracy
Verify offers, prices, dates, addresses, phone numbers, service claims, and regulatory statements before publishing. Republish promptly when information changes.
Use audio carefully
Preview volume at the installation location. Keep background music conservative, and remember that web embeds and many TV browsers begin muted.
Respect rights and privacy
Use only media, music, likenesses, and YouTube videos you are authorized to display. Do not put sensitive personal, payment, or health information into public scenes or announcements.
Review the complete experience
Run the visual check, preview full-screen, watch at least one complete loop, test the actual display, and verify any website embed on the published page.
