Troubleshoot uploads, Instagram, music, and AI Team Members

Image upload fails

Use JPEG, PNG, or WebP and keep profile images below 12 MB. Confirm the file opens locally and try a simpler filename. For scene media, use a supported browser and a stable connection.

Uploaded video fails or looks poor

Use a common web format such as MP4 or WebM, keep the file within the limit shown in Studio, and prefer landscape 16:9 media. Re-encode unusual codecs before uploading.

Instagram photos are missing

1. Confirm the connected account is an Instagram Business or Creator account.
2. Open Settings > Instagram and check connection status.
3. Select Sync.
4. Reconnect if authorization expired.

Music is silent

Confirm background music is enabled and its volume is above zero. Music intentionally fades out during uploaded video and AI Team Member clips.

AI Team Member generation is unavailable

Confirm the base plan has access, the script fits the 15-second limit, and the monthly allowance remains. Premium and Custom presenters require the matching paid option.

Captions or background replacement are missing

Captions must be enabled for the saved clip. Background replacement appears only for presenters with a solid or transparent background; detailed fixed backgrounds are not eligible.
