Manage billing, add-ons, cancellation, and access

Start or change a subscription

Open Settings > Subscription or Billing. Choose a base plan and any AI Team Member clip upgrades, then complete secure Stripe Checkout. If a paid plan is already active, use Manage billing to change or cancel it.

Billing portal

The Stripe portal shows active subscriptions, payment methods, billing dates, and cancellation controls. Bizrie does not store your complete card number.

Add-ons

Select clip options on the Billing page. Active options can be canceled from Manage billing. The Custom AI Team Member creation fee is charged once when creation is purchased.

Cancellation

Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid billing period. Your content is not immediately deleted. After access expires, publishing, new screen pairing, and new AI Team Member generation require an eligible active plan or add-on.

Downgrades and limits

Before downgrading, review the number of paired screens and published videos. Disconnect or unpublish items as needed so the workspace fits the new plan.

Free trial

New businesses receive a 14-day Essentials trial without a card and two Standard clip generations. Choose a paid plan before the trial ends to retain publishing access.
