Preview, visually review, publish, and restore versions

Preview the draft

Select Preview Draft to open the current draft in a TV-style player. Check every scene, transition, audio change, caption, crop, and call to action.

Run the visual check

Use Run visual check after the storyboard is ready. Review any reported text overflow, contrast, cropping, repetition, or resolution issues and fix them before publishing.

Publish

1. Confirm the draft is accurate and approved.
2. Select Publish.
3. Wait for publishing to finish.
4. Open View Live Video and confirm the published result.

Connected screens receive the new publication. Growth website embeds automatically load the newest published version.

Version history

Open Version history to view earlier publications. Loading an earlier version restores its scenes as a draft; it does not change the live video until you publish again.

Unpublished changes

After you edit a published video, the draft and live version differ. Playlists using that video remain protected from preview, sharing, or activation until the changes are published.
